The inside of a drawer and PT. just got here so it's nothing they caused ! The furniture is scratched and old & gross..visiting a family member, I feel like it's a 3rd world prison..just think of the $ they make sure . ITS DISGUSTING AND GROSS! SUCH A SAD ENVIRONMENT

My father has been there since January 3,2025. He loves the staff they're very friendly and attentive (not buried in cell phones) my dad does not have to wait long at all when he rings his bell. I have been on the phone with him when he has called for help it was less then 2-3 mins when someone came in. He can eat any time he wants to snacks are always available and i also send snacks. He loves coffee so he enjoys being able to get that when he wants it and doesnt have to pay for it like he had to at the other facility. Anyt... read more

My sister has been at this facility going on 2 years. They do not have sufficient staff to provide the care necessary for patients. Sometimes they have to wait an hour to answer the call button. Some of the staff treat the patients rudely and are uncaring.

The staff at the Rouse Home show a true passion for what they do. The quality of care is nicely complimented by the cleanliness of the facility. I would highly recommend the Rouse Estate for your long-term healthcare needs.
