Call the answering service spoke to Donna C was very rude and unprofessional and laughed, and when I asked to speak to the supervisor, she said she was the supervisor which she was not because when supervisors give their name, they give their first and last name. Do not speak to her to try to reschedule an appointment, she will laugh in your face.
