The Rourke team produces beautiful homes of high craftsmanship. In my experience, they are highly professional, responsive and courteous, going “above and beyond” to please the customer. I’m very happy with my new home and would not hesitate to recommend Rourke.
We have had the experience of building four houses and renovating several other properties. Working with Rourke Fine Home Building has been the most enjoyable by far. This build was done while we were in Florida for the winter and could have made the process a little more challenging, not so. Communication was frequent and concise. Shout out to Rourke Builders for building our new home in Wolfeboro! It was an adventure building a new home across the country as we relocated from California to NH. Rourke not only delivered, but exceeded our expectations being on time, accommodating with solutions, and they built a solid home we’ll be happy in for years to come. What was I thinking building a home during Covid? We have heard all the horror stories, and frankly there were a few moments, but everything was handled professionally and timely. Only a week late and on budget. Well, maybe I went a bit over on the a few items. We love our new home.
We had a positive experience working with John and his team. They were responsive and attentive and worked hard to see we were happy. Would definitely use Rourke again.
