These guys are rip off artists...or worse. I was waiting for service and heard a price of $30 for a flat tire patch quoted to what appeared to be a local guy who looked a lot like the Rouriguez guy & in very "working man" clothes. No problem so far. When one of the Used Tire guys got to me he said $40 cash. Just outside of Washington DC in an upscale County I pay $25. I told the guy I didn't know if I had $40 in cash on me.
