Approximately 2 1/2 months ago I had someone purchase 1 pallet of sod to lay in my front yard. I am so disappointed as I have followed instructions to the T ( as In my 18 years of living in house I’ve had it sodded before)and know what to do and NOT to do with new sod. The only thing this sod has grown is nutsedge, crabgrass and chamberbitters. I’m just totally annoyed with this sod company and the person who laid it !
Ordered a delivery of Empire Zoysia, and I'm not a lawn guy so I just accept the order. I install it and within a few weeks it's clear they've given me some terrible sod that has Bermuda throughout. It's been a couple year process and hundreds of dollars to try to get it all out (it's still not all out). Avoid this business, THEY will profit at YOUR expense.
