I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership in December of last year, and as part of the sale, two free oil changes were included. Both times, I was greeted promptly upon arrival, the first time I even showed up without an appointment. Second time I made an appointment. Both experiences were fantastic, very helpful service writers that were quick to get the truck in the shop and get it done in a timely fashion. My ONLY complaint is that the service tech didn’t reset my oil change reminder on the truck, but it wasn’t a hug... read more
