Awful, just plain awful and they will charge you for wrong diagnostics and you will have to go somewhere Save time and frustration and go somewhere else I’m sure one of their customer service reps will comment saying contact us but that is a waste of time also
I am so very grateful For Chris and Kinsley. I have a 2022 Nissan Sentra. The transmission went out and it was covered by the lifetime warranty but the warranty department was wanting to give me trouble. Chris Worked So hard to get done. He would text throughout the day and give me updates. He would email the warranty company he would call the warranty company. He never went a day without telling me what was going on with my car. Absoulute crooks and imcompetent. Overcharged for services and charged for a "diagnostic" and didn't even check what I asked them to. Had to take my vehicle to another place to get it fixed. Would not respond when I tried to contact them. UPDATE: Still no response after the “owner” replied to this review
