My 79 year old mother took her 2014 buick verano in for a oil change which we had scheduled on a saturday to get the 19.95 special. When my mother checked out the oil change was 38.00 and she was told the there were no 19.95 oil changes. In reviewing her receipt i found that not only was she charged 38.00 for an oil change she was charged an additional fee of 53.27 for shop supplies. This was found on the bottom of the second page. I took my car in for a 15,000 mile maintenance which my 2024 Trax recommends including an oil change and tire rotation. I had some other concerns and brought a list. When I dropped my car off Greg asked if I wanted the oil changed, I said yes. He asked if I wanted tires rotated, I said yes. While waiting he came and told me they were changing the oil and I asked were they rotating tires and he said yes. This purchase was my first truck ever! My first contact was Devion . A very pleasant knowledgeable sales person who demonstrated a high level of customer service. He made sure my invoice was negotiated and emailed prior to my arrival from Tallahassee.
