Buyer beware!!!!!! Do not buy a used vehicle here. This place knowingly sells broken and unsafe vehicles and scams you into signing the contracts. Sold a vehicle with a known brake recall. Yes you heard that correct. The vehicle braking system has an active recall and the dealer cleared the codes and warning lights off the dash just to sell the vehicle. If I can leave a zero review I would. Beware. I didnt buy a high mileage older truck. I bought a 2018 ram 3500 laramie with 50k. Richard Deubler seems to be a straight shooter and should change dealership. This dealership is dragging him down. First thing that put a bad taste in my mouth was the deal was done and someone was getting their paperwork done and I was next. But I was skipped because a friend of the manager came in. Be cautious from a sales perspective, the advertised pricing is not near what you’ll be paying out the door after dealer fees, protections plan, and depending on your state ..taxes. Dealer fee is over $1000 alone… Expect to be hit $3000+ above asking price, that was where I was before taxes. (My state doesn’t have them) Great communication from dealer and friendly, but sadly that’s as far as it went. Got excited for nothing sadly.
Out of state Buyer beware I don’t often write negative reviews but feel compelled to help future costumers/victims of this dealership. Looked high n low for the right vehicle that fits my needs, I live in Michigan and found the truck in Florida. Thought going through a dealership would be a safe move. We just want to give a huge shout out to all the tech mechanic's and people in the service department, especially Robert, who was so helpful in getting our truck back in running order. We were on vacation and stranded and in desperate need of repairs and people who knew what they were doing This dealership checked all the boxes. So grateful and thankful to each and every person we dealt with. Highly recommended using this service department. We could only wish our Chevy service department back home was as competent.
