Ed is amazing, he really cares about the person as well as representing the business. I also had another issue when I was there but Mr. McCray called this morning & that meant a lot. Lake City isn't the small town I grew up in any longer so it's nice when a business actually treats people like they are human beings and not just a number. Thanks all - and did I mention that Ed ROCKS!!!!!!!
I'm giving it three starts for the inappropriate nasty music I had to listen to while there for a repair. Ed & staff were amazing, they get five stars, but I will not sit thru that again. If I would have had my grandchildren or my 89-year-old mother with me I would have left. I thought this was supposed to be a professional business - not some road side dive on a back dirt road. Great service, friendly knowledgeable staff. Stacey in the service department got everything squared away for me on warranty work needed on my truck. Worth the drive don’t bother going to Davis.
I would like to share the PURE greed of the sales team & owner of this dealership. Kacey Barron (part of the sales team) posted a Corvette for sale. For MSRP + $100,000 of the original price. if you want to sell a car, and move inventory stop price gouging. Imagine asking a customer to spend $327,000 plus tax, title, document fees for a Chevrolet.
