The lack of attention to detail and communication is the worst I have ever experienced. They ignore calls, leave texts on read and offer no explanation on matters. My aunt passed in early April and when I finally got her death certificates there was an error they printed and when I asked for a revision they requested her birth certificate so I sent it right away and have yet to receive the corrected death certificates. I just want to thanks Tina and her husband Mr Roundtree for all there help during this difficult time. My family came from NYC and didn’t know much about Greenville. They step up and helped us out in anyway they could. My experience was excellent and would highly recommend the Roundtree for service for your loved one.
