I have been doing Physical Therapy for 3 weeks the staff with Physical Therapy is Awesome. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is thinking about doing Physical Therapy here in Roundup.

I came in awhile back with a gout flare up and I was checked in and left in agonizing pain for over an hour. The place wasn't busy at all and I was ignored. I finally got up and limped out of there and my wife drove me down to the ER in Billings. I was sent a $500 bill for basically being ignored for over an hour while in major pain! I called and explained that they had not provided any service but still demanding I pay them $500 because they ignored me, forcing my to look elsewhere for medical attention! What I hear and what happens...anyone who knows what really goes on here had better head out the door as quickly as possible. Overheard one physician saying: "I am surprised anyone gets discharged outside a body bag." Make of that what you will folks, but it appears this facility, like so many other messes in Musselshell County, is maintaining its rough and not-so-ready reputation consistent with the local flair...
