The staff care greatly for their patients.
The staff have been so friendly and helpful. It was scary to start this process but once I was in the door for my first appointment I felt relief. The waitlist wasn’t long, maybe a couple of weeks.
I would not recommend this facility. After just 5 sessions my daughter was kicked out of the program for not eating snacks with them during snack time. But when someone has an eating disorder who just got released from a facility and this is the next step for them. Then they should be understanding and offer more help to that person. It’s sad to see when mental health professionals just don’t want to help a child that is struggling. This is what’s wrong with the health care system in this country.
