I am a Freedom Mortgage customer, and I am happy with them as a whole. However, I recommend calling their nation wide center and not working with this local office. Absolutely appalling customer service and from my experience, they have no idea what they are doing. At the beginning of the pandemic we decided to refi our mortgage to substantially lower out rate.
