Dave was awesome, he made the entire process incredibly easy. No games with pricing or financing, just straight-up honesty from start to finish. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be referring anyone I know who’s looking for a bike. The parts staff and mechanic were great too, super knowledgeable about the build I wanted and very fair when it came to pricing.
Roundhouse Harley-Davidson has to be the worst business to deal with. Threats from sales people so the feel so powerful. Left a message for the GM with no return call. This was Friday last week and I gave it almost a full week. They take full advantage of people. Stay away and find somewhere else to buy a bike.
