The sales staff ( Brandon and Dave) were great to work with. We went for Demo Days and another time for test rides. Brandon informed us about a used bike we might be interested in. Also had my other bike in for service at the same time and everything was coordinated well. Roundhouse is now our local dealer.
Brandon was excellent. He answered all our questions from trade in value of our older HD to purchasing our first trike. The process was seamless. He took time to go over the new trike and explained in detail the differences from our traditional two wheel HD. The staff at the shop were very nice and accommodating.
