Beware of this HOA. I've lived here 5 years and never had a problem with paying my HOA dues...no late payments, no nothing. All of a sudden, my checks were "not received" to them, which caused a late fee, the first time they waived it as a courtesy. By the time I realized this was happening the second check was already sent out. I've then switched to online, paid in advance, then my check showed up...which means I had an overage. They still owe us $118 might I add from MAY! The online portal charges you a fee...paying them, ... read more
Some very Nasty people live in the Lakepoint neighbor hood. (Republicans). This is the second time I have supported Demoncratic candidates, and the second time they have stolen my signs. The first time was by the sheriff, who lived next door! Nasty, nasty people. No respect for anyone!
