Great service, quality work & honest I was lured to the BMW Dealer for a low cost service offer. The resulting estimates were anything but low cost. RMW combined several of the dealer recommendations under one labor operation. The rest of the recommendations were not even needed, or could wait. I called Roundel Motor Werks and was able to get an afternoon appointment for an oil change for my 2017 mini cooper. When I got there, my car was taken right away. The oil change took just an hour. The car runs great. So glad Roundel serviced my car.
Choose somewhere else The business response to the first simple candid review above sais it all -False reply with no interest to resolve my car problems while excessively overpricing diagnostics. Major gas leak repaired: Roundel Motors diagnosed and repaired a major gas leak with my Mercedes that averted a serious fire issue. Many thanks to Roundel Motor Werks for taking my car in right away and also setting me up with a complementary loaner. Great Job.
