I am so impressed! I contacted them through email about a leak in the my trunk of my car, and within minutes the owner Pat emailed me back. I dropped off my car. Within a day my car was fixed. The price was super fair. I highly recommend .
I am a long standing customer with Roundel Motor Werks. I have my BMW's all serviced there because Pat, James and crew are extremely fair. I like to repair my own car when I can but if I can't because of time or job complexity I take there. Today I called the BMW dealership for some bolts that were stripped by a previous mechanic using a power tool to tighten the bolt, which caused it to over tighten. Staff was friendly, but didn’t listen well to my requests.
Roundel is the only choice for bmw maintenance. Every person down to the gentleman taking calls is a professional and for years I’ve received nothing but good, honest service. Thank you for all you’ve done for my car!
