I am completely impressed with Roundel MW. I've had Audi's, Range Rovers and other higher end vehicles, but with my first BMW, I was uncertain as to where to go for service. I just started using this Roundel Motor Werks and so far I've been impressed with the breathe knowledge and excellent service. These folks are true professionals who know their stuff and explain everything clearly without trying to oversell unnecessary work. They work efficiently to get you back on the road quickly while maintaining high quality standards. They genuinely care about both the vehicles and their customers. I would recommended them to friends and family.
Do not use Roundel unless you want to pay $350 for a diagnostic when I already told them what was wrong with the vehicle. No communication unless you call or unless they want your money. NEVER AGAIN ESPECIALLY FOR A CAR THAT CANT EVEN BE FIXED BASICALLY HORRIBLE.
