BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS SHOP. I took my Mercedes here to have the lifters done after speaking to them on the phone about doing this specific job. After they had the car for a few days they called back and said that it needed at least 10k worth of work, I told them I understand it's an older car and that of course to make it perfect it could probably use twice that even, but that I wanted them to just replace the lifters as we had discussed. They then refused to do the job and charged me two hours of diagnostic (over $300).... read more

In a time when you can't get a human on the phone, or get any kind of consistent service anywhere, Roundel stands out as a breath of fresh air. The guys tell you what needs to be done, they do it, when they say they will do it.....done. Good price for a good service.

I am completely impressed with Roundel MW. I've had Audi's, Range Rovers and other higher end vehicles, but with my first BMW, I was uncertain as to where to go for service. After reviewing other pricing and seeing other shop conditions, I had no problems selecting RMW for helping me with the current issues that I needed to address. Tîm and James were tremendous in hearing my needs while looking at the next best steps with me and without judgement, pressure and with my interests in mind.
