Such a nice clean repair shop!!! We received very prompt and friendly service for a reasonable price.
Rear brake service on our 2018 Mercedes was quoted at $1,600, which I approved. At pickup, the final bill was $2,500, including a $900 charge for removing the wheels—a cost that was never clearly disclosed or approved in advance. The original lug bolts were replaced with visibly inferior, rust-colored bolts without prior approval. Although they do good work their prices are extremely high. I needed a fuel injector and a module and was quoted a price of 3400. I sent the module out for testing and it was fine(150). Bought the injector on eBay(150) Labor for local mechanic 300. Had diagnostic done on another issue. 200 to tell me it’s the starter with a quote of 1400. Really? I’ll update this when I have it done for half that price
I brought in my wife’s 2022 Mini Cooper JCW Clubman for an oil change, tire rotation and general inspection. It was the first time we didn’t go to the Mini Cooper dealership for service and my wife was a little nervous. However, all her concerns were quickly put to rest upon arriving at Roundel. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS SHOP. I took my Mercedes here to have the lifters done after speaking to them on the phone about doing this specific job. After they had the car for a few days they called back and said that it needed at least 10k worth of work, I told them I understand it's an older car and that of course to make it perfect it could probably use twice that even, but that I wanted them to just replace the lifters as we had discussed.
