Roundbird Pools have been opening and closing my pool for about 5 years. ************* is second to none. Experienced staff, good prices in the store. So in my opinion you can use them without worries.

****************** manager (******) is horrible. She doesnt answer her phone, she wont return calls, their work is shoddy at best. Never use them for any service work. NEVER

Where do I start with this one? I think it's important to note that the owner *** did make it somewhat right for me financially in the end, but there was so much time and effort wasted in the whole process and I still had out of pocket expenses and still do not have a functional pool and may not for another year (which will be 2023 and over 2 years of waiting). Stay Away! It's rare that I provide feedback to any company at all, but the horrendous experience I had with Roundbird compels me to warn prospective customers. I hired Roundbird to install a heater for my pool. I contracted the electrician thru Roundbird too. The electrician blundered by covering up the gas port, making the heater obsolete because the gas could not be hooked up. He returned, but made further mistakes.
