What a great workout! I lift weights but kickboxing just hits different. There are 9 rounds (stations) and when you enter you start at the first one and work your way through the ROUNDs until the last one. You have 3 non stop minutes at each ROUND. I love how I can see the difference in how long I go each Round from when I first started until now. I can see my progress and that actually motivates me to go harder. It's me VS me!
