I was a member of several gyms, from everyday workout gyms like HealthQuest and LifeTime, to specialty gyms like the UFC gym in Jersey City/hoboken. Nothing compares to the level of intensity and workout satisfaction of Round Valley CrossFit. RVCF not only has the best programming, but they cater to everyone. Nice size classes and helpful instruction
New town, new (to me) gym. Great coaching, programming and community. Smaller classes so lots of individual attention. One of the best gyms I've been to - feel fortunate to have landed here!
