Refused my handicapped 62 year old mother housing due to her certified and trained service dog. Was letting her think that everything was OK with the rental, then 10 days before moving here from across the country decided that her service dog that is trained to remind her of her medications was not accepted. My mother even tried to compromise by letting a family member care for the dog until she got things situated and then was accused of the dog only being an ESA which documentation clearly showed it was a service dog.
