We have purchased 30 chickens from Round up over the past 5 years. This last time, after buying 8 chicks, we noticed they are not being taken care of at all. They were impacted, with poop stuck to their vents, bellies and up to the front. We washed them in warm water but one was very sick from the get go. We called Round-up and was told to come down and get a replacement. After 12 years of spending $50 to $100 every month on dog food... the clerk refused to exchange a dog collar for a larger size because I was 3 days past a 14 day return policy. She traded a loyal customer who has spent $1000s for a $5 exchange.
Mice in my feed. Overpriced on everything and only a 10 day return policy!
