I give it a star because I can't give it zero! I left my clothes and a big bag to put them inside when I went to press them. They told me to go on monday and when Iarrived they told me to go to afternoon. When I went in the afternoon my bag was not there and the clothes were many (9 pieces) so I politely asked the girl for a bag and she gave me a very small one, it was impossible to put them all.
