Lady at the front office teresa was extremely rude terrible attitude. When my mom went to go look at the office she was standoffish from the very beginning not welcoming at all. My mom asked if there was bathroom room access which is an extremely normal question to ask and she said “why do you need to know that” “will there be alot of people” As if Using the bathroom isnt a normal thing..
