Trustworthy and honest – My only hesitation about adding to Round Rock Muffler's good reviews is that it'll become so popular that I'll have a hard time getting my cars in for servicing! I initially went in with my 2005 Mini Cooper for a loose tailpipe and was pleasantly suprised that they could fix it on the spot for virtually no charge (I paid them extra anyway because it was worth it...not because they charged me). A no rip off business – This shop was recommended by my mechanic in Georgetown (Mike's Garage). Knowing the honesty of Mike, I took his recommendation. Took my truck in to have what I thought was needed, but the owner of this shop said I did not need what I thought, and fixed the problem. My point is, he could have performed a lot more work, resulting in more money for himself, but instead did what was right. My business in the future if required will go to this shop.
good, honest mechanics – I have been taking my cars to Herbie for a couple years (01 Toyota Sienna and 04 Expedition) and he has always fixed the cars at a very reasonable price. He is very honest and operates a good business. I highly recommend him for any type of car.
