We had an incident with our child with the afterschool program. After making 5 attempts to get some follow up from the YMCA, it took them 4 days to get back to us. They need training on customer service and working with kids in a productive manner.
Please be careful and read! Child care licensing does not cover YMCA Chasco Camps which means you and your child are not protected when your child gets hurt outside their daycare services! My son was kicked in the stomach three times by a bully and the same kid slammed the bathroom door on my son's head, all in three days.
