Bought a vehicle from these drug addicts and the transmission and brakes went out before I even got the title in the mail very bad company literally to rip you off
Horrible service. Lied about milage and the interior being cleaned. Motor started knocking after a oil changed the day after I bought the truck. Still waiting on the title and the lady blocked me on fb. She sells cars under a Franklin mint name on fb. Straight scammers.
I recently purchased a 2006 Nissan SUV I understand it is a older SUV but the SUV didn't last me 5 weeks when the whole backend underneath needed to be replaced as to rust so that is 2.300$ just wasted hard earned cash they could of looked under the SUV will not use again and will not tell anyone about Round Lake Auto thank you for just taking my money
Zero stars. Had my heart set on a particular vehicle after mine was totaled due to car next to me spinning out. Made appointment. They canceled. Rescheduled for the following afternoon. They blew us off and wouldn't respond. Messaged the next day. It sold. Zero stars.
