I tried to call here to inquire about a 2 bedroom apartment. The phone kept ringing and ring I left a message and never received a call back. I even used the AI help button to help try to schedule a tour and the link that was generated was not allowing me to book a tour. I guess they don’t want residents so I will be moving on!
Terrible office staff. Never available, and I mean never, even when we lived there. They have sent a water bill to collections after we moved out that we were never notified of, and could never have known about given that tenant accounts are closed after end of lease. There's so much more wrong with this place but this is the icing on the cake.
Absolutely terrible, I've lived here 2013 and unfortunately still here. The management is by far the worst thing about this place. Teresa should have been fired long ago. They can't keep a maintenance man to save their lives. Gone months with dishwasher broke, months with washer broken, then the dryer. They finally fixed everything and now hasn't even been a year and the "new" dryer they put in doesn't work. Called 15 times Tuesday to place a work order for it just to be told it has to be done online. Put one in online today... read more
