Excellent customer service. I have a new vehicle that I wanted to put more aggressive tires on. During the install Mike and his guys noticed an issue with my vehicle, one that a vehicle with only a few 100 km’s shouldn’t have. Although not a big deal, when I approached the dealership about it, I wasn’t given much support. I took my truck to Mike at Round 2 Tires as I had vibration issues with 4 new premium tires that were purchased and installed by another tire business in Dunnville. Mike went above and beyond to help me with the warranty process and to get me replacement tires. He installed the replacement tires today. I'm impressed with the services that Mike provided and from this point on, Round 2 Tires is the only place that I will deal with. They have top notch service and equipment
