Im changing my pharmacy as soon as possible. It's been two weeks of trying to get my prescriptions refilled. First call, I was told my refill requests would be sent off. Second call, theres no record of my refill requests being sent off, so they send it again. Third call, I find out they sent my refill request to the wrong doctor, even though they verified the right doctor to send the request to on my second call. I would give more stars if I could! I arrived 20 minutes before my flu shot appointment and a pharmacy attendant asked me right away if she could help me. I told her I was there for a flu shot and she said someone would be able to help me shortly. A lady that was in a cubicle said come on in and she could do it right then. I wasn’t even 2 minutes in the cubicle and done. I asked her if she was sure she did give it to me because I felt absolutely nothing!
