The front desk is really unprofessional. They didn't disclose the cost before hand when making the appointment. They asked me to pay $45 for a 5 min appointment which we are completely un aware of!
Dr Rouleau (both father and son) have been amazing for our kids. Explains everything in detail and gives options. Never pushes treatment, if anything conservative with it. The staff is amazingly efficient and very professional.
I had a great experience at Rouleau Orthodontics! Dr. Aaron Rouleau walked me through every step of the process, gave me the necessary information to make informed decisions, and always patiently answered my questions. Stephanie and the scheduling team were great as well, very organized, responsive, and accommodating! I'm super happy with my results and would highly recommend Rouleau Orthodontics!
