I should have posted a review a long time ago, but better late than never! Everyone here is amazing to work with! They will go out of their way to help us! We have looked at rv’s at other dealerships. No one treated us as amazing and these guys did! Bought our first rv through these guys and bought our 2nd one there too! We were at the Country Fest and had a camper issue. Called Bismarck and Mandan RV places to see if they had a part on hand. They were helpful but they didnt have it on hand and wanted over $500.00. Called Roughrider in Beulah they had what we needed and great price! $200 cheaper! Got there to pick it up. Part was ready to go. Salesman informed me he contacted the manufacturer and started a case file so If I have any issues to call the manufacturer and they would help! Excellent customer service!
