We were at the Country Fest and had a camper issue. Called Bismarck and Mandan RV places to see if they had a part on hand. They were helpful but they didnt have it on hand and wanted over $500.00. Called Roughrider in Beulah they had what we needed and great price! $200 cheaper! Got there to pick it up. Part was ready to go. Salesman informed me he contacted the manufacturer and started a case file so If I have any issues to call the manufacturer and they would help! Excellent customer service! Stopped to have them look at a vent cover that had blown off and they did repair to Iraq with no charge Excellent service
I needed the arm for my awning replaced so I contacted Roughrider RV. They ordered the correct part and had the awning arm replaced in 1 day. Friendly and local service at it's best. Thanks Rod for all your help and prompt service. Go Local.
