I’ve had issues with the main office. Laura to be exact. I don’t feel that an extra charge each month on my bill is appropriate when it’s not a mandatory fee. They have This operation round up where they round bill up to nearest dollar each month. It’s not a fee therefore they cannot just assume I want to. Be part of it. After three years, I want my money back. She’s rude and if coop customers were actual “owners” I’d fire her. Just plain rude
