I love my suburban
This is an adjustment to my previous review. I had issues with my vehicle after o bought it. I called Mike our dealer to get it fixed. They fixed it but I had to deal with Mike talking down to me the entire time. I will never do business with this dealership again and recommend to anybody who does to not go through Mike. He has no respect for his customers after he gets the sell he completely changes.
I am very satisfied with my interactions with the guys at Roughlock Auto. The guys are very friendly and accommodating. I feel like the asking price and the trade price were very fair. I dealt with Tony and Seth. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from either of these guys in the future. My brother purchased a truck from them a few months earlier and was very satisfied as well. Thanks again guys!
