This review is long overdue. We chose Jordan and his crew for our new dock we put in last summer. One of the more simple designs but it EXACTLY what we wanted. They met all deadlines and delivered on everything they promised in the process. Including answering all the questions we had. Can tell after a full year we definitely made the right decision because not only is it good looking, she also a beast. This company is the best. Answered my frantic call on a Sunday when my dock had broken cables, we temporarily secured and they were out on Monday to do a good fix until we have a plan for a more permanent solution. I cannot say enough about Jordan and the team that came out to take care of our issue. Highly recommend this company for any dock need you may have.
Jordan and his team did a great job. We were completely new to the process of purchasing and moving a dock. Jordan gave great advice, communicated well, and helped us immensely from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Rough Water.
Not a good experience. My family's experience with RWD began in January 2023 when we hired them for some small dock repair work. Pleased with that result we inquired about preventative maintenance we could do to fortify our dock. Working with Jordan C. he recommended a stiff arm and he was able to acquire a used arm for cost savings, which we appreciated.
