A Long Weekend is too short a stay at this fabulous mountain bush retreat. You need at least a week in this world heritage listed wilderness.
We had a fabulous time at Rough Track cabins, right on the edge of the Grand Canyon walk. Comfortable, so quiet, private and such beautiful surroundings! The outdoor bath was a real treat at sunset after a big day. Manda and Julie are generous hosts and the cabin is both cosy and creatively inspiring! Highly recommended!
We absolutely loved our stay at this hidden gem in Blackheath! The cottage was incredibly cosy, with a beautiful fireplace that made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. It felt like our own little spot in the bush — peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. Manda and Julie were fantastic hosts — welcoming, thoughtful, and made sure everything was just right. Highly recommend this place if you're after comfort, charm, and a real escape. We’ll definitely be back!
The rough track cabins are a haven for weary Sydneysiders who are craving a break from work stress and the pressures of city life. It’s a nature get away! The cabins are cosy and warm, set in the bush with easy access to Evans lookout and the Grand Canyon walk. What a great weekend at Rough Track Cabins. Tucked away in the heart of the bush, it made for the perfect spot for some much needed R&R. The cabin was private, warm and cozy, with a fantastic bathtub that was the ultimate unwind. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, with plenty to do in Blackheath. A big thank you to Manda and Julie for making our stay so enjoyable. Already looking forward to the next visit.
