Just wanted to share my experience with Rough Ride. I made an appointment due to a oil leak in the back end of my truck. They got me in very quickly and within 20 minutes the technician noticed a leaky axle seal. I had my son with me and were kind enough to lend me a vehicle to get us home. While my truck was being repaired I received an email and text with things that needed to be serviced. Great experience. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Josh called to tell me their shop fee and that my car was being brought in. Great communication and reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Rough Ride Automotive to anyone who needed vehicle repairs.
Good polite service and good communication
I have been their customer for a few months now and I have visit them at least 4 times, their service as well as their pricing is very good therefore I do recommend them with confidence
Rough Rider Automotive was absolutely amazing! I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday morning and unfortunately not even their supplier had the part for my vehicle. I needed to leave for out of town by end of day Thursday. Rough Rider was able to find the part and complete the job by Wednesday end of day. I will definitely be using them again.
