I was given a gift card for xmas. I hadn't used the full amount so when I came back in hopes of getting a styling product I was met by an amazing man who was kind enough to help me look for something within the price frame of the remaining gift card. He called Susan the owner and since I was standing close enough I heard her chuckle and then say "Oh great" sarcastically. Needless to say I was embarrassed. But it is what it is.
