very bad customer service no help at all
Beautiful staff, environment and lovely work. Very accommodating and friendly. My eyebrows and eyelashes look amazing.
I have been a customer for over 10 years Since the business has changed hands I have been multiple times for different appointments I’ve noticed they no longer sell Clarins products and over time most of the regular staff have left, since this has happened the services I have been receiving are not worth the money changed. Unfortunately I’m in the process of finding a new company or looking into doing it myself.
Kate was amazing. She fitted me in for an appointment. It was quick easy. I was treated so well. Friendly and great blow wave. Thanks Kate. Do appreciated.
