Have now seen Dr Eric Rousenel a couple of times and had one teleconsult with him. He has been nothing short of excellent. Caring, thorough, efficient, calm and respectful. Extremely happy with his professionalism.

I have been to this practice for many times and all the doctors been excellent. Dr Eric Rouesnel looks after blood tests/vaccination and first time visits. He is very knowledgeable and medical tests and vaccination he performs are usually less discomfort compare to many others. Today I had flu symptoms and rang for phone consultation with Dr Eric, he was so helpful. Highly professional.
I visited Dr Eric on 4th of December 2019 due to pain in my Thyroid gland and he took a blood test and later I received an invoice from 4cyte pathology asking me to pay $203.50!! I am very surprised as I visited the clinic and I know it's bulk billing and Dr Eric did not tell me about any cost to choose if I want to go for the blood tests or not!! It's totally unprofessional!
