I have found a small engine repair place I can trust. I called mid-day, got it looked at and diagnosed same day, Bryan called B&G to advocate for warranty coverage, and then, when denied, wrote up a well articulated summary email for me to show the big box store explaining how the brand new last available floor model snow blower had serial #'s showing it was actually 4 yrs old AND that it had gas staining in the carburetor, and other issues, showing it had also been used at one point and then sat for years. Called the store on a Saturday at 4pm, talked to an assistant and explained the situation with my riding lawn mower. Fifteen minutes later I had a tech calling me back to get me scheduled for a Monday pick up for the mower. I was very impressed! Monday they came and picked up the mower, right on time. Tuesday they had my wheel put on and delivered the mower back home. I mowed my yard that afternoon and the mower worked fantastic. And, I thought the price was very reasonable. Hard to find these days!

Poor quality repairs. I’ll buy the rest of my equipment from Reynolds’s.
