Called the store on a Saturday at 4pm, talked to an assistant and explained the situation with my riding lawn mower. Fifteen minutes later I had a tech calling me back to get me scheduled for a Monday pick up for the mower. I was very impressed! Monday they came and picked up the mower, right on time. Tuesday they had my wheel put on and delivered the mower back home. I mowed my yard that afternoon and the mower worked fantastic. And, I thought the price was very reasonable. Hard to find these days!
Poor quality repairs. I’ll buy the rest of my equipment from Reynolds’s.
