RecommendedI am new to owning a home with a septic tank. Today was the first time that I had to have ours pumped!! I used Rotz Septic and Excavating and they were amazing from start to finish ( I had alot of questions) FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great price and they even offered me a new client special $25 off. We’ve been dealing with Rotz septic for many years. The only crap you’ll have to deal with is your own.
I had your guy out to pump my septic today and I wanted to let you know what a great job he did, going above and beyond just pumping the tank. He didn’t like how my lid fit so after he was done with pumping for the day, he came back with a used one and swapped it out. I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself so I greatly appreciated his help! Awesome customer service!!! Thanks so much for taking care of your customers.

While we were on vacation in Florida we found out on Sunday that our septic was frozen. We headed home on Monday and drove straight thru arriving home on Tuesday morning. Called Rotz at 8:05 AM and scheduled a pump out of the septic tank the same day. After the inspection of the tank, it was determined that both the intake to the house and the drain field were frozen.
