The organization I work for has been a long standing customer for many years. It is for that reason I called them when faced with frozen pipes earlier this week. However the individuals sent to address my concerns were not the regular plumbers that are usually sent. David is both a professional and absolute gentleman to work with. When I called them for help with some plumbing issues in my home, he personally showed up and was dedicated to fix the issues effectively and for a fair price. Since then I have used them on multiple occasions. Rotundo will always be my go to plumbers.

I contacted Rotundo Plumbing on Thanksgiving morning for a clogged kitchen drain. I was told they were available but would be$400 per hour. The plumber was in my home for 22 minutes, snaked the pipe 35 feet and cleared the drain. The bill was $673.00. I reached out to the owner, David Rotundo, to inquire about the charge and if he felt that was a fair price. He responded saying they usually charge a two hour minimum- $800++. He felt he saved me money. Will not ever use this company again.
