Rotunda built our custom home. Ed Frenette and the rest of the team were phenomenal. They were very patient with us throughout the process. They are extremely honest and have integrity. Their price was the most competitive compared to others. No matter the issue we encountered during the built process, it was resolved appropriately. Even after we moved in the house, Ed always answered his phone and resolved any minor issues that arise. Overall, we are very satisfied and glad we chose Rotunda to build our home.
They built my dream house and Spencer was a huge help the ladies in the office or to the point, and it was an easy and smooth building

I could not have asked for a better custom home builder. First, they are an employee owned company so every one of them acted ethically and took pride in what they do. It took them 11 months total build time and we had several custom projects and other items that normally would have taken another builder much longer.
