I went there for a colonoscopy. This last visit was not like my previous visits. The staff was very loud talking at the front desk and in the back areas. Some staff were aggressive and rushing you to answer many questions concerning your health. The environment was really volatile. It wasn't until I met my anesthesiologist that the environment began to quiet down. Her name was Raji and she had a calming and kind demeanor and that was what I needed.
