Bought a seat & guide machine 18 years ago and absolutely love the machine and all the guys from that time period. UNFORTUNATELY it’s not that way anymore . The so called service / support after the sale couldn’t be any worse and unprofessional as it is now. Nothing but getting transferred to someone’s voicemail and no return calls . Order parts once you finally get a person to order what you need, and it shows up wrong. Now try to return the order. Good luck with the same runaround. On & on .
