Mr Smith and his assistant Kate are absolutely first class. Mr Smith shows a real enthusiasm for his work and will explain in detail what has been going on and the possible ways forward to remedy a situation. Not forgetting the very helpful team on reception too. I cannot praise this practice enough !! A+ , 10/10.
