I brought my Rolex in for service. The price was fair. The staff at Rottermond was friendly and caring. The watch was serviced within the time frame I was given and it runs great.
We brought my dad’s omega in to get resized, they were able to help us quickly and professionally. Excellent service, will be returning!
Needed a simple watch band repair today and they set me up while I waited… ever better there was no charge. Thank you staff. Small town service still exists!
Their staff is always very friendly and helpful! When I have had jewelry repaired or a watch battery replaced they were able to expedite both and really helped me out!
