I’ve recently made a few purchases from Rottermond jewelers and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve worked with Zach and really appreciate the low/no pressure and his knowledge of their inventory. They also do jewelry repair there at a really reasonable price. Ive had several pieces repaired as well and they look brand new when I pick them up. Definitely recommend.

They replaced the prongs on my diamond ring. What a great job they did. Thank you so much. Customer service is outstanding as well.

I had a really good experience bringing my engagement ring in to have the prongs tightened. Eve was super helpful and very kind. She also helped me set up my "wish list" and even spent time with me to design a custom ring that I was able to put on my wish list. My ring was returned very quickly and shiny as ever.

Eve has assisted me with many links and bands being removed from multiple watches she always made sure they were done quickly and professionally. From Audemar to Patek the watch maker is intelligent.
