I would rather die than deal with the gross incompetence again I'm a disabled veteran and CNA HHA PCA HOME DIALYSIS TECHNICIAN and was forced to take an EKG and loaded into a scorching ambulance after an hour ordeal where I was bullied wanting me to go to Ellis repeatedly when I was already expected at Stratton VA MEDICAL CENTER with all my medical records and they proceeded to go the wrong way and screaming we're going the right way Omg they are going to kill someone
Very rude paramedics do not recommend at all. They move very slow like it’s not a life or death situation.
Thank you Rotterdam ems..I was a crying disaster and not only did they keep me calm, they took wonderful care of my sister. Very caring staff, very polite, couldn't thank you enough.
My son was having trouble breathing in the late night early morning and as a fellow EMS provider I greatly appreciated their prompt and professional response and subsequent transport!
