Great company! Couldn't ask for a better place to work.
Responding to the last review. I’m no Employee or related to Rotchy. I do know this company loves and values their emoloyees. They do amazing work cause I’ve seen it. I know many that work for it. I also know this company including other millions of company’s including hospitals have made mistakes with employees accidents. The unions try so hard to take over and will do anything and everything to try to take over jobs and companies.They’ll make it miserable until one company cracks. It won’t happen with this company. I’ve always enjoyed Rotschy’s services! Very ethical company with great care for their workers. They’ve had a few accidents, but on both occasions the worker was very much helped and accommodated with no hitches. Many company’s would do their best to be rid of these problems. Rotschys does not do this. We need more businesses like Rotschy who treat their customers and workers properly.
