An excellent lab and team. I enjoy the quality of their work and attention to detail!
So disappointed in the receptionist named Shanelle (called on Tues, Dec 3rd) We’re been sending all out cases to Rotsaert for many years. If you are not prefer to answering the questions, when people are asking, then don’t be in the front-desk. We are trying to clarity things before sending off the case, but Shanelle seems very bother by that, so not sure who should we call next time? I guess, it’s time to try different lab!
