wanted to take the time to hopefully warn people about this company before they spend their hard earned money. This company is an absolute disgrace and should be avoided when it comes to purchasing cleaning products and fixing equipment. I initially reached out to this company to inquire to fix my 360 rotovac. i mail the part over 1 month. They never fixed the part of the machine. I called them and they always made excuses. finally after 1 month of doing nothing I told them to send it back to me. These people have no ethics.... read more
Value of purchase 6107 usd Machine arrived faulty, they didn't want to provide replacement with working machine, they have troubleshot over the phone which cost me 300 euro, they have sent new replacement parts, but even after installing them on my expense the machine still didn't work. My money are gone. I have never expected that I will have trouble with an American company. My money is gone.
