“I ordered a set of rotors from them and when I received the part it was broken. So I took it down to Garden Grove for replacement but they would NOT warranty their product. He blamed my mechanic but said he'd "never seen this kind of break before". I told him my mechanic is not a 'shade tree' hack but is professionally responsible for maintaining 30+ vehicles for my firm. Howard's answer was: "Get the F*** out of here".
